Construction over 25 miles of new ballasted track on concrete ties. Rehabilitation of 25 miles of existing track, including 50% tie replacement and 100% rail changeout. Construction of 15,650 TF of concrete embedded track and 90 each turnouts, crossovers, and double crossovers. Daily inspection, maintenance and repairs as required to maintain regular freight rail traffic.
